In my 24-year career as a national broadcaster on live television I interviewed some of the biggest names in the business, including Oprah Winfrey, Beyoncé and Michael Bublé, who are experts in managing their brand identity and integrity. I also interviewed people who in one short interview saw their reputation and business left in tatters, because they didn’t understand the devastating power of getting it wrong.
I now use my experience to teach others who want to raise their media game personally and professionally by passing on the skills I have learned over two decades in the media, saving them from crucifying headlines, furious shareholders and worst of all, disenchanted customers .
