Anxiety presents itself in many ways. It can appear from nowhere, with no specific trigger, or it can be sparked by trauma or hormonal changes. Indeed, some of us were born with a tendency to be more anxious than others. Its severity can also vary hugely – from nervousness about a social event, to complete debilitation in tackling life on life’s terms. 

Whatever the condition’s causes and severity, anxiety is a natural human condition; something we forget!
