This Mindset Workshop is by Ruth Cooper-Dickson, and she will be telling you everything you need to know about setting boundaries – something so many of us struggle with!
Ruth is a positive psychology practitioner, she holds a Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, coupled with accreditation as an EMCC Coaching Practitioner.
Ruth specialises in coaching and how it can help post-traumatic growth, a topic she speaks and writes about in the media. Ruth’s personal experience of burnout, breakdown and her journey of navigating a diagnosis of anxiety disorders, is where her passion to support people in find their own meaning and purpose, coupled with investing in their Mental Wealth began.
Like all of us, Ruth’s learning journey is on-going – she begins her Professional Doctorate in September 2021 in the field of Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling.
