What I’m going to show you over the next few parts of this Milestone is how powerful your brain and your body are when it comes to reacting to outside stress and negativity. How your brain likes to tidy up, and find ‘hooks’ to hang all your experiences, especially the bad ones. How changing how you look at a problem is the first step to solving it, and how loving where you are right now at this exact moment is your first step to changing your life for the better.
