Now it’s time to take the one thing that our brain has been desperate for us to do… That is to ask ourselves:
What’s the worst that could happen?
Somewhere in the middle of your worst‐ and best‐case scenario lists is what will actually happen. What’s the worst that could happen if you try to change?
