It looks like everyone around you is moving forward with their lives while you’re just stuck in the same old rut.

Midlife is EXHAUSTING. From divorce, remarriage, stepchildren, teenagers, empty nest, menopause, career crossroads and shrinking friendship groups, to relationship rucks, body changes and mindset meltdowns.

I’m Andrea. I’m 53, and I’ve experienced ALL of these things. I’ve been divorced twice – and married three times. I have two children by two different dads, and two step children. I went into surgical menopause in 2016 after a full hysterectomy. I burned out and broke down in 2019 after trying to keep going at a pace that didn’t work for me, in a job I didn’t love any more.

Midlife for women can be TOUGH, but it doesn’t have to define us.

 

My motto is: “I’m halfway through, not halfway done.” I have a lot more life to live and now I have dedicated my midlife to helping women get through theirs.

That’s why I help you find YOURSELF where you are right now
so you can feel great about who you are.
Not who you used to be.
Not who your partner wants you to be.
Not who the media tells you should be,
but who YOU are.

I want YOU to have the confidence to say yes to things you want to do, no to things you don’t, and enjoy the bits in between. That’s it.
