FAQ's

You can access these either through our membership area at thisgirlisonfire.com or through our Membership App available on the App Store or on Google Play.

If you purchased through either Apple App Store or Google Play, you will need to disable the auto-renew feature for your current subscription and let it expire. Once it is expired, you will then be able to select a new plan.

If you purchased through thisgirlisonfire.com direct, you will need to email customerservice@thisgirlisonfire.com and they will assist you.

If purchasing via a desktop all payments will be taken in USD. If purchasing via the app the subscription will be converted to your local currency. These may be subject to fluctuating rates which are outside of our control.

No is the short answer, you can cancel anytime. Please be aware that should you cancel part way through the month or year if you have paid annually, no refunds will be given for that period however you will still have access until at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you purchased direct from thisgirlisonfire.com you can cancel at any time giving 5 working days’ notice by emailing customerservice@thisgirlisonfire.com.

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app 
  2. Tap on your name
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Select the subscription
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription” to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) next to “Google Play”
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap Cancel
