Members’ are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and there in, every month on the same date each month. We may pause or terminate your membership and remove you from all our This Girl Is On Fire (TGIOF) and associated platforms if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect this. All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced or distributed.
This Girl Is On Fire is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments you may incur by your chosen payment provider. It is the members responsibility to ensure all bank card details are correct and up to date. Should you cancel your membership with the TGIOF, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is cancelled with your payment provider.
TGIOF will cease with immediate effect all purchases and agreements entered into until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org giving 7 DAYS NOTICE.
As a new member, you may cancel your membership and request a full refund within your first 5 days of joining the membership for the first time if you decide the membership is not for you. Outside of your first 5 days we don’t offer refunds, but you can still cancel at any time. Please note that if you joined via a trial offer you are not entitled to a refund if you cancel your membership.
You may pause your membership by emailing our support team on email@example.com giving 7 DAYS NOTICE. Your membership can be paused for up to 3 months and only once during your time as a member.
Existing or returning members, who have joined again, may cancel their membership via the same methods as mentioned above, however, payment will not be eligible for a refund, you will continue to have access to the membership until your cancellation takes effect on the day or so before your next billing date. Returning members will also have to pay the current monthly rate which may be more than your previous rate.
For annual subscriptions, you may cancel your membership for a full refund within your first 5 days of signing up to the annual membership.
Should you have signed up to the monthly membership subscription and would like to switch to an annual membership, please email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will then help you amend your subscription. No refund will be given should this happen midway through your monthly subscription. Your annual subscription would also start from this date. Switching from an annual membership to monthly is not possible until your renewal date.
